Returns & Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. This paragraph is only relevant if you had purchased any physical item or Items through our website(ex: Camera, Laptop or Mobile phones etc). However since we are not selling physical items through this website some of the paragraphs may not applicable to you.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, as it involves lot of actions to take by us for the cancellation of Hotels and and Destination tours. For Flight cancellations they have their separate cancellation policies. (Please read the airline cancellation policies before booking the Flights) IN this scenario if you had booked your Flight tickets through Aviasales, still you need to contact the airline directly as Aviasales provide you the best possible airline at the time of your booking.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we are responsible for our refundability if we had booked your hotels or destinations tours within the country. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order or booking of your hotels and destination tours, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement if you had paid the fees directly to the company account number.

Conditions for Cancellations:

In order for the cancellations to be eligible, please make sure that:

  • The holiday package was purchased more than 30 days ago and the request is made before 30 days to the date of Travelling.

  • The goods are in the original packaging(May not be relevant to you)

The following goods cannot be returned: (This section applies to Physical goods)

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

Please contact us or Aviasales our parent company, immediately within two weeks regarding any cancellation of the flights, lost baggage or any other matter related to travel booking.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return flights or due to the airline errors. To avoid this situation we recommend you to take baggage lost or stolen insurance before your travel. Our Aviasales Parent company offers insurance packages at a very nominal prices that you can trust. Therefore, we also recommend an insured and trackable tags are attached to the baggage for peace of mind.

Gifts: (This section applies to physical products)

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you (May not be relevant to you)

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
